Gina Santoro

Director of Client Service

Introduction:

Gina is a 1994 graduate of the University of North Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina.

Experience:

While a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she was elected as the President of Model United Nations. Gina continued her studies abroad at The Hague in Hague, Netherlands and the University of Paris in Paris, France. This collegiate experience coupled with her extensive experience in the hospitality industry has helped her develop a keen sense of customer service. Additionally, Gina speaks fluent Italian, French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Gina joined Todd, Bremer & Lawson in 1995 as client service representative. In this capacity, she serves as the professional liaison between the Firm and its clients and establishes strong working relationships with pertinent client personnel, billing servicers, and other related constituents. Gina monitors account inventories to maintain updated and active status reports for individual clients and processes all signed repayment agreements. She also researches individual institutional files to help locate accounts for the Firm's collection personnel.

Gina joined Todd, Bremer & Lawson in 1995 as client service representative and has since been promoted to Director of Client Service. In this capacity, she serves as the professional liaison between the Firm and its clients and establishes strong working relationships with pertinent client personnel, third-party billing servicers, and other related constituents.

Gina maintains timely and responsive communications with each business partner providing the most current information for each account. To achieve the highest level of service, Gina monitors all account inventories to maintain updated and active status reports for individual business partners and their institutions and processes all signed repayment plan schedules. She also researches individual institutional files to help locate accounts for Todd, Bremer & Lawson’s asset recovery specialists. Gina is a member of the Minnesota Collection Network.
